Miso Butter


A mouthwatering hit of umami straight from David Chang’s most wonderful Momofuko cookbook, this easy-to-make flavored butter keeps for several weeks well covered in the fridge.  Shown here with roasted baby bok choy, Miso Butter pairs especially well with vegetables. Use it to season almost anything.


  • 1. Combine miso with butter in a small bowl, mix with a wooden spoon until mixture is smooth.
